The Old Piggery Farm Shop & Tea Room

Step inside and you'll find a well-stocked farm shop  freshly sourced fruit and veg and tons of unique goodies like fruit wines the biggest marshmallows you'll ever have seen, trays upon trays of eggs plus a world beating range of jams and marmalade.

We love our unique  tearoom and hope you do too our menu features sandwiches packed with crab, afternoon teas, cream teas and the tastiest ciabattas you'll see for miles! In the summer refresh yourself with our homemade lemonade or delight with a thick milkshake or our signature ice cream sundae.

We are dog friendly.  

Due to the lock down we launched an online store with fabulous home ware and gift ideas sourced from the UK, Europe and the USA all are now available in store.Plus a massive range of sheepskins we believe you won't see anywhere else .

We welcome you  7 days a week from 0930 am to 4.30 pm. 

Find us on  the way to Selsey just past the beautiful RSPB Pagham Harbour. 

Close by, you'll find wonderful walks for dogs and humans  stunning beaches and hidden gems such as Sidlesham Quay, Church Norton Chapel, and Selsey lifeboat station.
